Modifications 1. Select only female bladder, trigone, pelvic bones, uterus, vagina, rectum, and authored pelvic floor landmarks. 2. Map source centimetres (X left, Y superior, Z anterior) to display coordinates (X anterior, Y superior, Z left), scale by 0.33, align the source bladder-neck center to the common atlas outlet anchor. Reverse native triangle winding for the reflected axis conversion. 3. Source bladder base and dome are open multipart shells. Replace only those bladder surfaces with an explicitly approximate closed convex outer envelope from their vertices and the neck anchor; apply one Loop subdivision pass with the anchor pinned. No unrelated anatomy enters this fit. Concavities and native wall thickness are not retained. No storage distension. 4. Retain native supporting surfaces and their source openings without mesh smoothing or invented closure. 5. Convert authored levator landmarks to closed bilinear sheets and the authored puborectalis path to a capped smooth tube. These are approximate teaching shapes, not female muscle segmentations. 6. Author a short schematic female urethral centerline from the bladder neck to a meatus anterior to the source vaginal wall. Urethral dimensions, sphincter shape, motion and stream are schematic; no patient-specific anatomy is represented.
