# Asset sources and licensing

This is a constructed teaching prototype. The asset audit and modifications are documented in [anatomy-inventory.md](docs/anatomy-inventory.md).

Reused atlas source: the urethral stricture atlas, published source commit `7f5ca300e52799dd936eb399f43b430dd48b5df3` at https://www.leezhaomd.org/urethral-stricture-atlas/. The anatomy JSON and binary are copied without changes. Runtime modifications and constructed additions are listed in the audit.

- BodyParts3D: Kousaku Okubo and collaborators, DBCLS. https://dbarchive.biosciencedbc.jp/en/bodyparts3d/ . Retain the inherited CC BY-SA 2.1 Japan ancestry credit; no later licensing change is used to strip ShareAlike.
- Anatria-3D: source atlas notices retained under [licenses](licenses/anatria-NOTICE.txt). No new reproductive GLB is used in this module.
- Three.js and OrbitControls: MIT, notice under licenses/three-LICENSE.txt.

All adapted geometry, constructed additions, and the generated fallback section are CC BY-SA 4.0: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ . Attribution, modification notices, and ShareAlike must travel with redistributed adaptations. No endorsement or clinical validation is implied. The application code has no newly asserted blanket license.

Constructed additions: tissue cores and medial closures, tunical cut walls, urethral tube, fascia, skin, scrotal envelope, illustrative blade and skin stitches, nerve courses, superficial vein, vessel-wall cut faces, and connective-tissue partition. Dorsal atlas vessels are repositioned to avoid intersecting the tunica at the selected cut. See the inventory for the exact modifications and pending review.

Clinical sources are linked per stage and in [sources.md](docs/sources.md). No paper images, patient photographs, external font files, or textures are redistributed.
